1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Edu Point program or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
Enrollment in DCA, ADCA or PGDCA is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria listed on the respective course page and successful document verification. Edu Point reserves the right to decline enrollment where eligibility is not met.
3. Fees & Payment
Course fees must be paid according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Installment plans, where offered, must be honored on the agreed dates. Fees are subject to change for new batches and will be communicated prior to enrollment.
4. Attendance & Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for the final certification exam. Edu Point expects respectful conduct in classrooms and labs; disruptive behavior may result in suspension from a batch.
5. Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of coursework, required attendance and passing the final assessment for each program. Certification does not guarantee employment.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Fee refund requests made before the start of a batch are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to an administrative deduction. Refunds are not available once a batch has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
7. Website Use
Content on this website, including text, images and the Edu Point logo, is the property of Edu Point and may not be reproduced without written permission. Forms on this site must be used for genuine enquiries only.
8. Limitation of Liability
Edu Point provides training and career-support guidance in good faith but does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary levels or exam results.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
